LoftyFiber is working with a US reed manufacturer, formerly only supplying the industrial textile market. These high quality reeds are sturdy and about 20% heavier than most handweaving reeds.  This extra weight can be helpful for beating firmly on lighter weight looms.

The reeds are 5 1/4" high.  Widths are listed by weaving width (usable width).   The total width is about 1" wider than the weaving width.   Reeds are marked on each end with the ends per inch and weaving width.
