Shipping policy

Any applicable tariffs on items originating outside the United States will be prepaid by LoftyFiber. No additional tariff charges will be passed on to you.

Currently the US Postal Service is not scanning packages received; packages often do not scan until they reach the destination.

Fast Shipping: Most orders are shipped within one business day for products that are in stock.  TempoTreadle systems are made to order and usually ship within two weeks.  Our 3D Printed items as well as the filament we use are made in the USA.

Free Shipping on most Orders $150 and over: For orders shipping within the 48 US continental states, free shipping is offered on order values $150 and over; exclusions apply to certain products under $900 that are very long or heavy, as well as some specialty spare parts sourced outside the US.  When free shipping is selected, LoftyFiber ships either UPS or USPS. For free shipping on boxes over 4 pounds, a physical address (not a PO box) is required.

International Orders: Note that we do not collect taxes, fees or import duties for orders shipped to destinations outside the United States.  The delivery company will contact you to collect any of these taxes and fees.  We do not have visibility into the rates charged outside the US.   The only amount collected on your behalf by LoftyFiber is the cost of the shipping label.  Often international order do not calculate properly.  If we can ship for less, we refund the excess.  If you need an estimate, let us know and we will pack and weigh your order and see what options and prices are available.

If an order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and notify us right away!

DISCOUNTS of 10% apply to your yarn purchase when the total of regularly priced yarns reaches $150; the percentage discount on yarn increases to 15% at $250!
