Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Books, magazines and digital downloads cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned.
Please contact us before shipping us a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds, when approved, may be applied to your method of payment or as a LoftyFiber Gift Card. A restocking fee of 5% is charged on refunds, but are waived when a LoftyFiber Gift Card is elected for the refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your method of payment unless you have notified us that you prefer the LoftyFiber Gift Card. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow several business days for the credit card company to process your refund. If you have not received your refund after several days, contact us at info@loftyfiber.com.
