Product Description

Learn to weave on a rigid heddle loom. You willl set up the loom for weaving using the direct warping method and learn the basics of terminology, planning projects and weaving.

The project will be a small towel woven with Lofty 8/4 Cotton.  Materials are included; choose your own colors at the start of the class.   

The class will be held on May 15th-16th (Thursday and Friday) from 10am to 2:30 pm.  Plan to bring a lunch or get takeout at a nearby restaurant.  Looms are provided.  Please let us know if you plan to bring your own loom; a 10-dent rigid heddle reed is required for this class. 

No prior weaving experience is necessary.
