This handy tool holds your lease sticks at a convenient position for sleying the reed and beaming.Β Once the warp is wound on, the helping hands is moved to a position holding the lease sticks near the heddle eyes for threading.Β See video:
When you have finished threading, you can put the helping hands on the sides of the front of the loom for use as a shuttle rest.
