Boat Shuttles made from Canadian Maple comes with one 4" styrene bobbin. Several versions of the boat shuttle are listed below.  Leclerc shuttles have a smooth, lacquered finish and have a bobbin support rod with a spring.

The shuttles come in regular and slim versions.  The smaller (slim) versions are sometimes better on table looms that may not have a very wide shed.   

11-inch Small Shuttles measure 7/8" x  1 5/8" x 11"  and weigh 4 ounces. Leclerc model 6122-1000

11-inch Slim, open bottom shuttles measure 1 1/8" x 1¾" x 11"  and weigh 3.5 ounces. Leclerc model 6122-0000

15-inch Large shuttles, closed bottom, measure 1 3/8" x 2" x 15" and weigh 8 ounces.   Leclerc model 6122-2000

13 3/4" double shuttle,  uses two 4-inch bobbins (weighs 5 ounces) Leclerc model 6122-5000
