Fiber Fun at LoftyFiber

Curious about fiber preparation and spinning? Join Pam van Stralen as she leads the activities for an afternoon of hands-on fiber fun!  Explore a variety of spinning tools, including different spinning wheels and drop spindles, and discover the unique experience each offers.

Participants will also have the opportunity to try their hand at making rolags on a blending board, learn the basics of carding fiber, and gain a better understanding of how fiber is prepared before it becomes yarn.

Whether you're completely new to spinning or looking to expand your fiber skills, this interactive session is a great way to experiment, learn, and be inspired by the wonderful world of fiber arts.

We do ask that you do not bring your own fiber, there will be fiber available for purchase (from $2.50 per ounce).
