Overshot Envelope-Style Pillow Covers - Linen and Wool
Weave a lovely, large pillow for a sofa or chair in an overshot pattern using linen as the ground cloth and wool as the pattern weft. The Euroflax 14/2 linen is an easy linen for beginning weavers. The pattern weft is Jaggerspun Heather 3/8, 100% wool.Β
The kit includes the weaving pattern and including sewing instructions for the envelope style pillow.Β Pictured is the front and back of the pillow.Β With 2 kits, you can make 3 pillows on a 5-yard warp.Β If desired, the sewing instructions can be altered to use a commercial fabric for backing two double the number of pillows that can be made.Β
