Jaggerspun Merino 2/18 Laceweight Skeins
This yarn is spun in Springvale Maine by Jaggerspun from super fine Australian wool.Β It is a soft, elegant yarn that has traditionally been used in creating garments of the highest quality.Β
This yarn also felts beautifully, and makes soft felted garments, such as scarves, that are a pleasure to be worn close to the skin.
For a beautiful woven tartan throw or scarf, use this yarn set at 24 to 28 epi with a 2/2 Twill.Β
This is a 2/18 (2-ply) laceweight yarn. Β It is the same size as the Zephyr 2/18 Lace; the only difference is this is 100% merino and does not have the silk.
