Summer Linen Knitting Class
Summertime in the South is THE time to branch out and knit with fibers other than wool, and linen is the king of summertime fibers.
We are offering classes in knitting linen this summer! Linen is naturally cool, easy to care for, and get softer and softer with use. It contains a natural antiseptic that prevents bacterial growth and kills microbes. Washcloths made with linen are absorbent and long lasting, and clothing made with it has a buttery, cool feeling on the skin -- perfect for our humid summers, yet also comfortable in the winters, too, when topped with a sweater or jacket.
Come check out the beautiful colors available of Euroflax to make your one-of-a-kind linen washcloth or garment. Choose a pattern for a washcloth, simple top, or skirt, and receive help and guidance in your project. (Class price based on project you choose.)
