Let's Learn how to Seam our Knitting!

In this class, you will learn the mattress stitch, how to seam cast on and bound off edges together, and how to seam garter stitch.  We will, also, discuss sewing a set in sleeve. 

Homework: Using a light colored, smooth, worsted weight yarn, cast on 30 stitches and knit 4 swatches in stockinette stitch.  Then using the same stitch count, knit 2 swatches in garter stitch.  Please block swatches before coming to class.

 Bring swatches, a contrasting color yarn in the same weight, tapestry needle, and scissors.

Class is $30.00 and fee must be paid in advance to reserve your spot.  Class size is limited to 8, and will take place on Friday, April, 21, 2023 from 1pm to 4 pm
